19-Year-Old Shows up at Saskatoon Hospital with Stab Wound

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – A 19 year old man remains in hospital following a stabbing last night.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., May 7, 2017 Police were called to St. Paul’s Hospital where the man had been brought in for emergency treatment. He was suffering from a serious stab wound. Officers found that he had been in the backseat of a vehicle when it was stopped in the area of Avenue S and 20th Street west. Two men approached the vehicle and an altercation occurred, resulting in the stabbing. The two suspects then fled on foot.

Members of the Targeted Enforcement Unit are continuing to investigate.
