Theft of guns and ammunition from a home in Campbellton, N.B.

Campbellton, New Brunswick – The Northeast District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in relation to a break, enter, and theft at a home in Campbellton.

Between 6 p.m. on November 17 and 10:45 a.m. on November 18, 2017, three firearms, ammunition, and an undisclosed amount of money were stolen from a safe in a home on Vanier Street in Campbellton.

The firearms are described as an older model brown 30-06 Winchester rifle with scope, an older model .410 rifle, a brown .410 rifle. One box of twenty Winchester 30-06 150 grain rounds of ammunition was also taken.

The investigation is ongoing.
