Trail Greater District RCMP seek information on incident of indecent exposure

Trail, BC – The Trail and Greater District RCMP are seeking the public assistance following an incident of indecent exposure which occurred Tuesday October 9th.

On 2018-10-09 at 14:57 hours the Trail RCMP Detachment was advised that four children were walking home from the Webster Elementary School on Laurent Way, in Warfield, BC, when they came across a male exposing himself just off to the side of the paved foot path.

The children ran home and told their parents. The Trail RCMP Detachment conducted an investigation into the incident and notified the Webster Elementary School. RCMP investigators combed the area following the report and continued their efforts to locate and possibly identify the male suspect throughout the evening with negative results.

Police continued their investigative efforts throughout Wednesday including extensive patrols. The suspect male was described as Caucasian, between 20 and 30 years, 5’11”, unkempt looking, and skinny wearing baggy clothing. He was wearing a black ball cap, black hoodie (or possibly a black t-shirt) and black jeans. The children stated they had not seen the male before around town.
