Elk Point RCMP investigate theft of copper wire

Elk Point, Alberta – RCMP are investigating after 440-volt copper wire was stolen from a crushing site approximately 1.5 kilometres west of Elk Point on Highway 646. The theft is believed to have occurred between December 12 and December 27, 2018.

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking if you have information about this incident to please call the Elk Point RCMP at 780-724-3964 or call your local police.
