Saskatoon Police Report to Weapons Call in 500 Block of Avenue X South

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Saskatoon Police responded to a complaint of a firearm inside an apartment building earlier this morning.

At approximately 7:45 a.m., January 9, 2019, Police received a call that a number of people wearing masks were in the hallway outside of a suite in an apartment building in the 500 block of Avenue X South. The report indicated that they may have been in possession of a firearm. A number of Police officers attended but no person or firearm was located. Police have since cleared from the scene.
