Ponoka RCMP seek public assistance to locate missing male

Ponoka, Alberta – The RCMP are requesting public assistance in trying to locate 36-year-old West Thomas Aldridge who was reported missing on January 17, 2019.

West Aldridge suffers from medical conditions which may require treatment, as well – RCMP have a concern about his wellbeing given the severe weather. Yesterday at approximately 5:00 p.m., West was seen in Drayton Valley and RCMP believe he may still be in the Drayton Valley area.

West is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Approximately 155 lbs. / 5’6” tall (slight build)
  • Brown hair / blue eyes / no facial hair
  • Wearing jeans and hiking boots
  • Known to always be carrying a backpack
