Two 15-year-old girls face robbery and assault charges in Saskatoon

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Two 15 year old girls are facing charges of assault and robbery and police continue to investigate incidents that occurred at Leif Erickson Place yesterday.

Between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m, April 28, 2019, Police were called to three separate incidents involving physical assaults and robberies. The victims of beatings, a 25 year old man and a 13 year old girl, have been treated for their injuries and released from hospital. A short time later Patrol Officers spotted what appeared to be an altercation involving a number of people and located three who were suffering from stab wounds. Two girls ages 13 and 17 and a 22 year old woman are all receiving treatment for their injuries.

Targeted Enforcement Investigators believe the incidents are all connected to a residence on Leif Erickson Place. Their investigation continues.

The two 15 year old girls were arrested at the scene. They are both facing charges of robbery and assault.
