Calgary Police investigating suspicious death in Taradale

Calgary, Alberta – The Calgary Police Service is currently investigating a suspicious death in the community of Taradale.

At approximately 11:50 p.m., on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, police were called to the 200 block of Taracove Road N.E., for reports of a vehicle collision and a man in medical distress, suffering from a gunshot wound. The man died at the scene.

Investigators believe this was targeted attack.

An autopsy is scheduled for today, Wednesday, May 15, 2019. No further information is available today.
