RCMP Investigate Armed Car Jacking in Crossfield “DO NOT APPROACH” Suspects

Crossfield, Alberta – On May 18, 2019, at approximately 11:55 am, Airdrie RCMP responded to Crossfield after a 16 year old male reported his vehicle was taken by two males with a firearm.

The victim was approached by two males, one of which allegedly produced a handgun. The culprits took the victim’s cell phone and vehicle. The 16 year old victim was not hurt during the incident.

The vehicle is described as a dark grey Subaru Impreza with Alberta license plate GEJ 133.

Should you encounter this vehicle or have information about the identities or whereabouts of the persons responsible please DO NOT APPROACH, and call your local police or 911 immediately. No further information is available at this time and the Airdrie RCMP are continuing with the investigation.

Suspect 1 is described as:

• Indigenous male

• wide face

• wearing a vest and a hoodie

• Nike sneakers
