Collision claims life of 41-year-old woman in New Denmark, N.B.

New Denmark, New Brunswick – A 41-year-old woman from Blue Bell, N.B. has died as a result of a collision in New Denmark, N.B.

On June 28, 2019, shortly before 11 p.m., the Saint-Léonard RCMP detachment was called to the scene of a head-on collision on Highway 380. A vehicle crossed the centre line and collided with another vehicle. The driver of the first vehicle, who was the only person in the car at the time of the collision, died at the scene.

The driver and a passenger from the second vehicle were taken to hospital for treatment.

The investigation is continuing.
