Cochrane RCMP Respond to a break and enter with a crowbar

Rocky View County,  Alberta – On August 11th, 2019, the Cochrane RCMP responded to a complaint of unknown persons attempting to break into a residence in Rocky View County using a crowbar.

Shortly after 7 p.m. the Cochrane RCMP were called to a residence on Alexa Close in Rocky View County for a break and enter. The home owner saw two vehicles pull up to the residence and two males walked to the front door and attempted to pry open the door with a crowbar. The homeowner called out that they were calling the police and the suspects fled.

The suspects were travelling in a red Mitsubishi Endeavour and a black Nissan Pathfinder. One suspect was described as a skinner white male wearing a red jacket with reflective stripes about half way down the forearm on both arms, black pants, sneakers and a blue or black baseball hat wearing a black hoodie. A second male was thicker build wearing a red polo shirt with the collar popped, a black or blue hat, dark coloured pants, black sneakers and holding a crowbar. Photo`s are attached of the suspects.

Surveillance footage appears to show the suspects on the property an hour before the attempted break and enter wearing service shirts.
