RCMP investigating discovery of human remains as a homicide

Noonan, New Brunswick – The New Brunswick RCMP’s Major Crime Unit is investigating the discovery of human remains in Noonan, N.B.

On August 10, 2019, human remains were located in a wooded area off Route 10. The investigation has determined that the remains are those of a man, and that he died as the result of a homicide. Efforts are underway to confirm the man’s identity.

The RCMP is asking anyone with information to contact police, or to provide information anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.crimenb.ca.
