Innisfail RCMP conduct traffic stop and locate drugs

Innisfail, Alberta – Innisfail RCMP, while conducting targeted patrols in Innisfail Alberta, observed a suspicious vehicle located in the Cannon Park area. RCMP observed a male reaching into the trunk of the vehicle. Police approached the male and determined he was wanted on outstanding warrants and was arrested. Police continued their investigation and located a sum of Canadian Currency, illegal drugs, and weapons.

Kyle Ronald Vaughan (34 years) of Rocky Mountain House has been charged with:

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking x3

• Possess Canadian currency under $5000 obtained by crime

• Possess weapon dangerous to the public peace x2

• Possess stolen identity document

Police continued their investigation and located a sum of Canadian Currency, illegal drugs, and weapons.

Vaughan was brought before the Justice of the Peace and released to attend court October 9, 2019 in Red Deer Provincial Court.
