Lethbridge Police charge two males with weapons and drug offences

Lethbridge, Alberta – Lethbridge Police have charged two males with weapons and drug offences.

On September 19, 2019 at approximately 9:50 p.m. members of the Lethbridge Police Downtown Policing Unit observed two males on a property on the west side of the Supervised Consumption Site. One male, known to police was observed to have a metal bar with an improvised handle sticking out of his jacket. Further investigation found the male to be in possession of a machete, baseball bat, bear spray and the metal bar. This male was also found to be breaching conditions of a probation order.

During the investigation it was determined that the second male was bound by a 24 hour curfew and was found to be in possession of 2.7 grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of fentanyl.

Ramsey Wilfred EAGLE PLUME, 21 of Lethbridge is charged with possess offensive weapon, carry concealed weapon and fail to comply with probation order.

EAGLE PLUME is currently in custody awaiting a Judicial Interim Release hearing.

Cameron Christopher WEASEL HEAD, 27 of Standoff is charged with breaching the conditions of a recognizance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property.
