Camrose, Alberta – October 8, 2019 – A female reported that her credit card was fraudulently charged over $3500 from Apple. The female’s credit card company and Apple are investigating the transactions.
Eyes on Camrose. At 3:00 AM Police received a report of two suspicious vehicles in the Parkridge area. One vehicle was described as possibly a Grand Prix with bright LED lights and the other a late 90’s model Chev truck which had a broken driver’s side door handle. When Police located the vehicles they fled the city at a high rate of speed. At about 4:30 AM Police were advised that an older model Chev truck was used to back into the front of a store in Hay Lakes. The store owner who lives about the store was woken up by the crash and contacted Police. Then at about 4:40 AM a male from Camrose contacted Police advising that his white 1997 GMC Sierra had been stolen overnight. Camrose city Police and RCMP are investigating.

A male contacted Police when he received a disturbing message from a female which caused him to believe that she was going to harm herself. Police attended to the residence and located the woman who required medical attention. EMS transported the female to St. Mary’s hospital.
A mother contacted Police when she located illicit drugs in her daughter’s room. The drugs were turned over to Police for destruction.

While on patrol, members noted three men fighting outside of a licensed premise. The fight was broken up and the three subjects were issued bylaw tickets for fighting in public.
