Manitoba RCMP investigate farm fatality

Blue Hills , Manitoba – On October 7, 2019, at approximately 1:30 pm, Blue Hills RCMP responded to a farm accident just east of Hwy 464, south of Brookdale, in the RM of North Cypress-Langford.

Initial reports indicate that a male was caught in a large piece of farming equipment. A 73-year-old male from the RM of Cypress-Langford was pronounced deceased on scene.

Workplace Safety and Health has been advised.
