Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 41-year-old Ricky Clarke Flett who is wanted for an outstanding peace pond.
Flett is described as 5’10”, 245 lbs, bald with brown eyes.
The Edmonton Police Service considers Flett to be of high risk to offend violently; he has been known to use weapons. If seen, he should not be approached. Members of the public who have information regarding Flett’s whereabouts are asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service.
