RCMP investigates fatal collision on Hwy 101 in Windsor, Nova Scotia

Windsor, Nova Scotia – Windsor District RCMP is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that occurred earlier today on Hwy 101 in Windsor.

At approximately 12:30 p.m., RCMP responded to a 911 call of a collision on Hwy. 101 in Windsor. The collision involved a car and a pick-up truck. The driver of the car was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the pick-up truck was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

An RCMP Collision Analyst is at the scene and Hwy. 101 remains closed between exit 5A and 6. Traffic is diverted. The investigation is ongoing.
