Brooks RCMP Investigating Injury Motor Vehicle Collision

Brooks, Alberta – On November 1st, 2019 at approximately 9:35 pm, Brooks RCMP, Brooks EMS, and Brooks Fire Department were dispatched to an injury collision involving a single vehicle near the junction of Township 190 and Range Road 142 near the eastern outskirts of the City of Brooks.

The driver, a 21 year old male from Brooks Alberta, lost control of his 2017 GMC pickup truck, entered the right side ditch, collided with an approach, and then collided with a canal bank.

The driver sustained undetermined, non life threatening injuries and was transported to Brooks Hospital via ground ambulance. No other persons or vehicles were involved in the collision.

RCMP continue to investigate.
