Harbour Grace, Newfoundland and Labrador – On the evening of November 6, 2019, Harbour Grace RCMP responded to the community of Old Perlican to investigate a report of death threats.
Officers patrolled the community looking for the 43-year-old male suspect and located him in his vehicle in the community. He was found to be impaired by alcohol and was arrested for impaired driving and uttering threats.
Police transported the man to Harbour Grace Detachment where he provided breath samples above the legal limit. He was held in custody overnight and attends court this afternoon to face charges of uttering threats and impaired driving.
