Toronto Homicide #61/2019, 1750 The Queensway, Antonio Fiorda, 50

Toronto, Ontario – On Monday, November 4, 2019, at approximately 12:42 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting at 1750 The Queensway.

Officers arrived and located a man, in a parking lot, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

He was transported to hospital by Toronto EMS via an emergency run. He later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased in hospital.

He has been identified as Antonio Fiorda, 50, of Maple.

Investigators would like to thank those who have already come forward with information.

Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area, specifically looking to speak with people who heard or saw anything out of the ordinary, in the morning or early afternoon hours of Monday, November 4, 2019.
