Slave Lake RCMP Investigate ATM Theft

Slave Lake, Alberta – The Slave Lake RCMP is investigating a theft of an ATM occurring during the early morning hours of November 8, 2019. At 4:30 AM, suspects drove up to the Petro Canada gas station in Cornerstone Plaza and forced entry into the store. Once inside, the suspects tied a tow rope to the ATM machine and pulled it out of the store with their truck. Extensive damage was caused to the inside of the store.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark coloured 2003-2005 Chevrolet with a lift kit, 35″ tires and after market rims.

The suspects concealed their identities. One was wearing a blonde wig and blue coveralls. While the second suspect wore a dark coloured top with grey sleeves.
