Lethbridge Police investigating robbery at north side pharmacy

Lethbridge, Alberta – Lethbridge Police are investigating after a masked male attempted to rob a north side pharmacy Thursday morning.

On Nov. 14, 2019 at approximately 10 a.m. police responded to a report of a robbery at Norbridge Pharmacy along the 700 block of 23 Street North. Investigation determined a masked male entered the pharmacy and demanded narcotics. Staff refused and the subject fled on foot.

At approximately 2 p.m. a masked male matching the description from the Norbridge incident, entered the Prescription Centre West Pharmacy along Jerry Potts Boulevard. As he approached the counter staff told him to get out and he left the business without incident.

The suspect in both incidents is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 25-30 years old, 5’6” to 5’8” tall, wearing a black mask, green camouflage hooded sweater, black pans and black shoes.

A surveillance photo from Norbridge Pharmacy is included for release.
