Wanted man arrested by off duty RCMP Officer in Walmart parking lot

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island – An off duty RCMP officer recognized a man who had been unlawfully at large since June of this year. As a result, Steven Joseph Flynn, aged 40, was arrested in the in the parking lot of the Charlottetown Walmart by the officer

Mr. Flynn will appear in Charlottetown Provincial court on Monday, November 18th, to answer to numerous charges including flight from police, unlawfully at large, resist arrest, prohibited driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, breach of probation and possession of stolen property over $5000.00
