Berens River RCMP investigate homicide

Berens River First Nation, Manitoba – On November 16, 2019, at approximately 4:20 am, RCMP responded to an assault at a residence in Berens River First Nation. The victim, a 38-year-old male from Bloodvein First Nation, was taken to hospital. On November 18, 2019, he succumbed to his injuries.

RCMP are investigating his death as a homicide.
