Lethbridge, Alberta – During the Christmas and New Year’s Eve Check Stops approximately 600 vehicles were stopped and police charged five people with impaired driving – four for alcohol impairment and one for drug impairment.
In addition, there were 16 license suspensions, 19 vehicles seized, five suspended/prohibited drivers apprehended, 31 tickets issued and one warrant executed.
