Airdrie RCMP seek public assistance in identifying a theft suspect

Airdrie, Alberta – During the evening of January 14, 2020, a wallet was stolen from a parked car located on Channelside Way in Airdrie, Alta. At approximately 9:00 p.m on January 15, 2020, a male made a purchase at the Canna Cabanna store located on Mackenzie Way in Airdrie. To make this purchase he used a bank card which had been in the stolen wallet.

The male is described as:

• Caucasian male approximately 25 years old

• He was wearing a black winter jacket with a fur tipped hood
