Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador – A 50-year-old man from Natuashish was arrested yesterday by Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP, following a report of an intoxicated man causing a disturbance onboard an Air Borealis medical flight heading to Natuashish.
The man was held in custody and will appear in court today to face charges of mischief over $5000, two counts of assault, committing an indecent act and two charges under the Aeronautics Act – endangering the safety/operations of an aircraft in flight.
The investigation continues with assistance from Natuashish RCMP.
