Grand-Barachois, New Brunswick – A 33-year-old man has been charged with trespassing at night and voyeurism, following an incident in Grand-Barachois, N.B., on February 11, 2020.
Shortly before 1 a.m., members of the Shediac RCMP detachment responded to a report of a suspicious person outside a private residence looking into the home’s windows.
Once on scene, members arrested a 33-year-old man.
On February 11, Bobby Mallet from Grand-Barachois, appeared in Moncton Provincial Court and was charged with trespassing at night and voyeurism. He was remanded into custody and is scheduled to return to court on February 26, 2020.
