Charges Laid in Prince Albert’s First Homicide of 2019

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – The Prince Albert Police Service has laid charges in connection with Prince Albert’s first homicide of 2019.

The Prince Albert Police Service responded to the 200 Block of 12th Street East on February 9, 2019 at approximately 1:15 a.m. for a report of an intoxicated male. On arrival, police located Cody McAdam suffering from a serious injury and transported him to hospital.

On February 16, 2019 McAdam succumbed to his injuries in a Saskatoon hospital.

A 19-year-old male has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Cody McAdam and will be appearing in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Thursday, March 5, 2020.
