Vehicle reported stolen in Alberta recovered by Saskatoon Police, three arrested

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Two women, from Lloydminster and Onion Lake, and a man, also from Onion Lake, are facing charges following a report of a suspicious vehicle on June 26, 2020.

Patrol members received the report at approximately 4:00 p.m. and attended to the 100 block of St. Lawrence Court. They located a 2018 Dodge Ram that had been reported stolen from Alberta and was displaying a license plate that did not match the vehicle. The three people inside were taken into custody and a search of the vehicle resulted in officers locating a partially disassembled, sawed-off shotgun.

The women, ages 18 and 19 and the man, age 22, are facing numerous charges including Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000, Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace and firearm offences.
