Alberta RCMP detachments resume limited front counter services

Edmonton, Alberta – The COVID-19 pandemic has affected Albertans in many different ways, and the RCMP has adapted its operations to maintain the level of police service Albertans expect.

The Alberta RCMP is following suit with the provincial launch to gradually normalize service delivery, allowing employees to safely return to offices and detachments. In order to respond to the changing environment, our phased approach will be gradual and flexible. At each phase, an assessment will take place to ensure it is safe to move forward to the next phase.
