21-Year-Old Male is Saskatoon’s Seventh Homicide of 2020

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Saskatoon Police responded this morning at 2:30 a.m., July 29, 2020, to an injured person in the 300 block of Avenue U South. Emergency responders attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful. Members of the SPS Major Crimes and Forensic Identification Section were called out and have now ruled this as a homicide investigation. The victim is a 21 year old male. Any further details on the victim will not be released at this time. This is the city’s seventh homicide of the year.

An autopsy has been ordered by the Office of the Chief Coroner and the investigation continues.
