Toronto Assault Investigation, Finch Subway Station, Suspect Sought, Security camera video and photograph released

Toronto, Ontario – The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect as part of an assault investigation.

On Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at approximately 8:20 p.m., a woman was on board a TTC bus in the area of Finch Subway Station, 5600 Yonge Street.

It is reported that:

– a man, for unknown reasons, violently struck the woman on the side of her head

– he fled the bus in an unknown direction

The man is described as white, 30-40, partially balding with curly blond hair. He was wearing a winter jacket.
