Ross River, Yukon – In the early morning hours of August 1st, 2019, following her 59th birthday on July 31st, Mary Ann Ollie was the victim of a homicide. A resident of Ross River, Yukon, Mary Ann was loved by her friends and family. Yukon RCMP’s Major Crime Unit and Ross River RCMP are continuing to investigate, and are asking the public for any information that may help us solve this crime.

On August 14th and 15th, an autopsy took place in Vancouver on the body of Maryann Ollie, a 59-year-old First Nation woman who died in Ross River on August 1st, 2019.
Results from the autopsy have confirmed her death to be a homicide.
The RCMP is working closely with the Yukon Coroner’s Service on this investigation.
