World Suicide Prevention Day; “Medicine Hat has been tragically impacted by several recent deaths “

Medicine Hat, Alberta – Every year on September 10th, people in over 50 countries connect to work together to prevent suicide. World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) is an opportunity to promote understanding about suicide and this year’s theme is Working Together to Prevent Suicide.

Medicine Hat has been tragically impacted by several recent deaths and this message marks the importance of communities coming together to recognize the impact of suicide and to strive to prevent it.
