Camrose, Alberta – September 25, 2020 – A female reported that she had been sexually assaulted by a male while on a first date. The male has been charged with sexual assault, criminal harassment and uttering threats.
Loss prevention at a west-end business contacted Police regarding a theft in progress. Police attended the business and arrested a 22 year old woman who was in possession of stolen jewelry. The female who also had outstanding warrants was charged with possession of stolen property and theft.
Eyes on Camrose. A female contacted Police when she observed a male taking the license plate off of a vehicle in the Credit Union parking lot. The witness provided a description of the vehicle that the male had sped away in. Police located and boxed in the vehicle at a nearby business where a male and female were arrested. Police determined that the vehicle they were driving was stolen along with other stolen property inside the vehicle. Police continue to investigate in sorting out the property and the suspects are facing multiple charges.
A male and female were found to be in possession of stolen property belonging to a Camrose resident. The couple was charged with possession of stolen property and theft. The female was additionally charged with breaching her probation while the male was issued several traffic violations.
Police received a report of a female in the downtown area who appeared to be high on drugs who then became unconscious. Police administered Narcan to the female prior to EMS arriving who then transported the woman to St. Mary’s hospital.

Police received a complaint of loud music coming from a residence in the south side trailer park. The male responsible for the excessive noise was also determined to have outstanding warrants. The 36 year old was arrested and later released with a date to appear in court.
