Prince Albert Police Investigate Attempted Murder, Request Video

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – On September 24, 2020 at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Prince Albert Police Service responded to a residence in the 400 Block of 12th Street East for a report of an injured male. Upon arrival, patrol members located a 19-year-old man suffering from serious life-threatening injuries.

Parkland Ambulance attended and the man was transported to Victoria Hospital. Due to the serious nature of his injuries, the man was transported to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon via STARS Air Ambulance for further care and treatment.

Patrol, Criminal Investigations and Forensic Identification Units with the Prince Albert Police Service continue to investigate.

Police are asking for the public’s help in determining the events that led up to this serious incident Thursday evening. The police service is asking residents in the following areas to review their video surveillance systems for suspicious activity between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m:

300 – 500 Blocks of 11th Street East,

300 – 500 Blocks of 12th Street East

300 – 500 Blocks of 13th Street East
