Tracadie, New Brunswick – A 28-year-old man from Haut-Rivière-du-Portage has been arrested for impaired driving following four collisions on Rue Principale in Tracadie, N.B.
On September 30, 2020, at approximately 10 a.m., a man driving a white Honda civic collided with two vehicles at an intersection on Rue Principale. The driver of the Honda civic continue to drive into a parking lot where he hit two parked vehicles.

Police were in the area for an unrelated matter and arrested the driver without incident. He was transported to hospital for an assessment. Another individual sustained minor injuries but did not require medical attention.
The driver of the vehicle was later released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Tracadie Provincial Court on January 5, 2021.
