Teen girl reports she was sexually assaulted while waiting for bus in London, Ontario

London, Ontario – London police are investigating after a teenaged girl reported being sexually assaulted while waiting for a bus Wednesday afternoon.

On Wednesday, September 30, 2020, between 2:20 – 2:30 p.m., a teenaged girl was at a bus stop in the area of Hamilton Road and Rectory Street when an unknown male approached her and began a conversation with her. The male offered the victim a mask, as she did not have one with her. When she declined the offer, the man offered to drive her home. The female declined this offer as well.

The male suspect approached the female and touched her inappropriately before leaving the area south on Anderson Avenue in a vehicle. The victim was not physically injured.

The suspect is described as:

Male, Caucasian, approximately 40 years of age, approximately 6’ tall, 200 lbs, black/grey hair, and patchy facial hair. The suspect was wearing a blue zip-up sweater, and black jeans. He was last seen operating a white 4-door sedan.
