Hinton RCMP investigate theft of $60,000 travel trailer; “they cut the hitch off a 2019 Keystone Outback travel trailer and drove away with it”

Hinton, Alberta – At approximately 5:45 a.m on the morning of Sept. 29, 2020, two suspects unlawfully entered the Canyon Crossing Storage centre located in Hinton, Alta. Once inside, they cut the hitch off a 2019 Keystone Outback travel trailer and drove away with it.

The vehicle used in the theft is believed to be a red/maroon 2004-2009 Dodge Durango. It has tinted windows on the back doors and rear window. This vehicle also has offset tires and after market black rims.

The travel trailer is valued at approximately $60, 000.

Suspect 1 is described as:

A thin male with short hair

Appears to be Caucasian

He smokes

Suspect 2 was the get away driver and no description is available.
