Valleyview RCMP investigates stolen property – search executed, five arrested

Valleyview, Alberta – On October 20, 2020, Valleyview RCMP executed a search warrant at a property located South of the town of Valleyview. As a result, five loaded firearms, 11 grams of Methamphetamine/Fentanyl and over $5,000 in stolen property were seized.

Scott Allan Gervais, 43-years-old, Russell Gene Knight, 30-years-old, Stephanie Catherine Payou, 32-years-old, and Keyva Griko, 25-years-old, have each been charged with Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000, while Scott Gervais, Russell Knight and Stephanie Payou have been charged with possession of methamphetamine, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unsafe storage of a firearm, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

They have all been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Valleyview Provincial Court on December 17th, 2020.

Those that traffic in illicit drugs destroy lives, homes, and communities.
