Maskwacis RCMP seek public assistance in locating wanted male believed to be residing within the area of Maskwacis, or the City of Edmonton – ARRESTED

Maskwacis, Alberta – Maskwacis RCMP would like to thank the media and public’s assistance in locating Darcy Cattleman. Darcy was arrested without incident in Conklin, Alta.
Darcy was held for a judicial interim release hearing and remanded into custody. He is scheduled to appear in Wetaskiwin Provincial Court on Thursday Dec. 10 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
BACKGROUND

Maskwacis, Alberta – Maskwacis RCMP General Investigative Section (GIS) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted male in relation to a shooting that took place back on June 27 2020, on the Montana First Nation.

While other individuals have been located, arrested, and charged, the remaining suspect is still outstanding. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Darcy Cattleman, a 30-year-old male from Maskwacis, Alta. is wanted for:

Discharging a firearm with intent

Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose

Unauthorized possession of a firearm

Possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle

Aggravated Assault

Darcy Cattleman is described as:

An Indigenous male

5’6 tall and approximately 130lbs

Black hair

Brown eyes

Darcy is believed to be residing within the area of Maskwacis, or the City of Edmonton. Police are asking the public not to approach him but to contact police immediately if located.
