Leduc RCMP investigate break and enter to Calmar Post Office, over 50 packages stolen

Leduc, Alberta – On Monday Nov. 23 at approximately 7:00 a.m., Leduc RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter to the Calmar Post Office located at 4701 50 Avenue.

Officers attended the Calmar Post Office with the assistance of the RCMP Forensic Identification Section and observed damage on the inside of the building.

Surveillance video from the area showed what is believed to be a silver or grey 4-door sedan pull up to the Post Office at approximately 4:05 a.m. The suspects are then seen entering the post office and exiting 20 minutes later with over 50 packages.

Suspect # 1 – Wearing a black jacket over a white shirt with a hoodie and gloves.

Suspect #2 – Wearing black jacket with a hood on, a mask and gloves.

Leduc RCMP are continuing to investigate.
