Regina, Saskatchewan – On Thursday, November 19, 2020, members of the Regina Police Service Street Gang Unit, and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), executed a CDSA search warrant at a residence on the 1900 block of Montreal Street.
A search revealed quantities of substances believed to be fentanyl, methamphetamine, and morphine, as well as a quantity of Canadian currency, and paraphernalia indicative of drug trafficking.

As a result, thirty-three year-old Shaundel Cory Vaughn AISAICAN and 40 year-old Nicole Darlene KEEPNESS, both of Regina, were arrested, and jointly charged with:
Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (fentanyl) [CDSA 5(2)];
Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) [CDSA 5(2)];
Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (morphine) [CDSA 5(2)]; and
Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime [355(B)].
KEEPNESS and AISAICAN are scheduled to make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on January 4, 2021.
