Grande Prairie, Alberta – Grande Prairie RCMP have arrested two males and seized drugs following a drug trafficking investigation.
On Aug. 14, members of the Grande Prairie RCMP Municipal Drug Unit executed a search warrant in an apartment complex in Grande Prairie. The search was the result of a three-week investigation into street level drug trafficking, and resulted in the following being seized:
over 5 oz hard & soft cocaine
$1085 Canadian currency
packaging materials & weigh scales
Quaddien Davis (26) of Toronto, Ontario, and Wayne Jones (62) of Grande Prairie, Alberta have both been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and proceeds of crime under $5000.
Davis and Jones are scheduled to appear in Grande Prairie Provincial Court on Oct. 14, 2020.
