Jeremy Milligan sentenced to two years for Methamphetamine trafficking: PEI

Prince County, Prince Edward Island – On Thursday, February 18th, Jeremy Milligan was sentenced to two years in custody for possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and failing to comply with a release order.

Mr. Milligan’s charges stem from a targeted vehicle stop that the Prince District JFO Drug Unit conducted in July of 2020 where 224 methamphetamine pills were seized. Mr. Milligan was on probation for a previous methamphetamine trafficking conviction when he was arrested. He was also ordered to forfeit the motorcycle he was operating at the time of the arrest.
