Leduc, Alberta – On June 3, 2021 at approximately 2:20 p.m., Leduc RCMP with the assistance of Devon RCMP responded to 911 call of a road rage incident that occurred in the area of Highway 60 and Highway 39.
Two vehicles were travelling west bound on Highway 39 and both stopped at the traffic circle. A collision occurred between both vehicles as well as a confrontation between the drivers at the traffic circle.
A 45-year-old male and a 59-year-old male have both been charged under the Traffic Safety Act and are scheduled to appear in Leduc Provincial Court at a later date to face charges of Careless Driving.
