Lethbridge Police investigating after teen approached by stranger

Lethbridge,  Alberta – Lethbridge Police are investigating after a teenaged boy was approached by an unknown male who made inappropriate comments of a sexual nature towards him.

On June 22, 2021 a 16-year-old male was outside a business in the 100-block of Mic Mac Boulevard West about 2 p.m. when he was waved over to a parked vehicle by an unknown man. When the teen approached, the man got out of the vehicle and asked him questions of a sexual nature and also made physical advances towards him. When the man was asked to stop, he did, and the teen left the area on foot.

The man is described as being in his mid-40s, with tanned skin, short black hair and was wearing white sunglasses. His vehicle was described as a dark-coloured (black/grey) two-door car with a manual transmission and a custom shifter.
