Lloydminster, Alberta – Two suspected drug dealers were arrested following a short-term investigation in Lloydminster. ALERT seized cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and cash.
ALERT Lloydminster’s organized crime and gang team made the arrests and drug seizure on September 1, 2021. Lloydminster RCMP also helped with the execution of a search warrant at a local residence, where the majority of the drugs were seized.
ALERT seized 173 grams of cocaine, 17 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and $7,340 cash. ALERT alleges the two suspects were actively involved in drug trafficking within the region and their market extended into Saskatchewan.
Travis Cromartie, 36, and Katherine Cromartie, 57, were jointly charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
